Therapy

at The Insight Atelier

We believe meaningful change begins with insight—not insight as explanation alone, but insight that is experienced, integrated, and lived.

Our work is trauma-informed and grounded in an understanding of how experiences are held in the nervous system, the body, and relationships. We are attentive to safety, pacing, and choice, recognizing that healing unfolds most sustainably when clients feel respected, empowered, and not rushed.

Collaborative

Therapy at The Insight Atelier is collaborative and reflective. Together, we examine patterns of thought and behavior, explore emotional and relational dynamics, and attend to the deeper meanings that shape how you experience yourself and others.

System-Aware

Our work is also systems-aware. We understand individuals within the broader contexts of family, culture, identity, faith, and power. Rather than viewing distress in isolation, we consider how personal history and relational systems influence present-day experiences.

Supportive

Healing here is approached with intention and care. We move at a pace that honors both the complexity of your story and your capacity for growth, supporting change that is not only meaningful, but sustainable.

Who We Work With

INDIVIDUALS (12 yrs & older)

COUPLES

FAMILIES

How We Meet

There are several books on mental health and psychology stacked on the table, including titles like 'Cognitive Behavior Therapy' and 'DSM-5'.
